FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 How do I Retrieve a Purchase from the ORHA Online Forms Store? ORHA forms can be accessed for 7-days after the purchase – After 7-days, the forms will expire and the PDF form link will no longer work. Please be sure to download/print your forms before they expire. If you need to retrieve a form that you purchased within the past 7-days, you can contact the ORHA Support Team by submitting an ORHA Support Ticket at https://forms.office.com/r/LEfvp8izL1. Once a form expires, the ORHA Support Team will not be able to retrieve the form. FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 Why can't I access the form that I just purchased? FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 How do I get an Application Form that is fillable to send to a prospective tenant? We do not offer a method that allows you to send the application to the potential tenant(s) to fill out online. To purchase the form on our website, the website will require that you fill out the name(s) and the address and then you can download the form as a PDF and send that to the potential tenant(s) to complete. FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 Can I Receive a Refund for my Online Forms Store purchase? No, ORHA does not offer any type of refund or credit. As stated on our online store, all sales are final – Please be sure you have reviewed your forms carefully before checking out. ORHA will not process refunds or issue credit due to the inaccuracy of any information you have provided. Additionally, ORHA will not process refunds or issue credit due to failure to receive any emails – Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 Can I buy/print Blank Forms? We do not sell blank or paper forms at the State Office of ORHA. Please contact your local association directly for paper form questions – If you do not have the contact information for your local association, the information can be located at www.oregonrentalhousing.com/about. Blank forms may not be reproduced (you may not make copies of blank forms – you must purchase a new form each and every time). All forms purchases are monitored and violations of Federal Copyright Law will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Yes, to purchase forms without using PayPal, scroll down below the PayPal login fields and click the icon that reads “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. ORHA does not offer the law book or forms manual directly to the consumer; however, you can purchase forms manuals and law books from the local associations directly. You will need to contact the event host directly – The event host contact information will vary on an event by event basis and it will be located on the original class advertisement. ORHA does not currently have a login for customers when purchasing digital forms online. Any login features that you see are for admin use only. To purchase digital forms online using the ORHA Forms Store, simply visit https://store.oregonrentalhousing.com, create your forms, head to the cart, and check out (no login or password is required). To volunteer with ORHA, you must first become a member of a local association and then that local association must nominate you as an ORHA Delegate. FAQ Update Provided: August 2024 Why don't I see the "Preview Form" or "Generate PDF" button on the Online Forms Store? This is likely a browser issue – Try to clear your browser history, cookies, and cache, and then the buttons should appear. For non-urgent issues, please contact ORHA by submitting an ORHA Support Ticket at https://forms.office.com/r/LEfvp8izL1 and we will get back to you as soon as we return to business hours. If you are needing more immediate assistance, you may attempt to contact your local association office and/or helpline directly. In the case of a true emergency, your local association has the ability to contact the ORHA Executive Committee 24/7. FAQ Update Provided: April 2024 Why can’t I Login to the ORHA Forms Store? ORHA does not currently have a login for customers when purchasing digital forms online. Any login features that you see are for admin use only. FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 How do I know Which Form to Use? The available ORHA Forms Manual will explain what form to use, and how to fill it out correctly. The ORHA Forms Manual is sold exclusively through the local associations (ORHA does not sell this manual direct to the consumer). For information on what form to use for your specific circumstance, please contact your local association directly. Neither the ORHA Office or the ORHA Support Team are equipped to handle Landlord questions. FAQ Update Provided: August 2024 Can I Edit a Previously Purchased Form? There is no way for ORHA to edit your forms after you have purchased them. All sales are final – Please be sure you have reviewed your forms carefully before checking out. All form suggestions can be submitted using the ORHA Support Ticket link at https://forms.office.com/r/LEfvp8izL1. Once submitted, your suggestion will then be forwarded to the appropriate committee for review and consideration. All website suggestions can be submitted using the ORHA Support Ticket link at https://forms.office.com/r/LEfvp8izL1. Once submitted, your suggestion will then be forwarded to the appropriate committee for review and consideration. FAQ Update Provided: March 2024 What are the ORHA Office and Support Hours? The ORHA Office and Support Team are generally available Monday through Thursday 09:00 AM Pacific Time until 12:00 PM Pacific Time and from 01:00 PM Pacific time until 04:30 PM Pacific Time. Please note that these hours are subject to change at the discretion of the ORHA Board, and that these hours may be occasionally impacted by scheduled vacations. The ORHA Office is closed on all US Banking Holidays – For additional details regarding our hours of operation, please check our Google Business Hours. If your event was hosted by ORHA directly after 07/01/2024, then your Continuing Education Certificate(s) will be available on the ORHA Continuing Education Certificate Portal. For events hosted by ORHA before 07/01/2024, please email the ORHA Office at office@oregonrentalhousing.com. All Continuing Education Certificate(s) from ORHA will be available on the ORHA Continuing Education Certificate Portal within 2–weeks of the event date. The portal can be accessed online 24/7 at https://oregonrentalhousing.com/CEPortal. If your class was hosted by a local association, then you will need to contact them directly with your CE questions. The event host contact information will vary on an event by event basis and it will be located on the original class advertisement.
