LARRC is the only class specifically required for licensed property managers or licensed brokers as a part of their mandated 30 hours of continuing education toward license renewal every two years.

The 2016 LARRC curriculum will focus on recent real estate law changes. Current LARRC topics include new licensing and continuing education requirements, record compliance requirement, license exemption and new laws on broker licensing and supervision.
