Terry is the current president of Oregon Rental Housing Association and a board member of Central Oregon Rental Owners Association. Terry was a licensed property manager for more than 20 years, and has owned two property management companies. She provides classes and seminars throughout Oregon for rental owners and property managers. Terry’s focus on education and sharing her experiences make her a popular resource.
