MARIJUANA - What effect does it have on your rentals

Confused about what a landlord's rights are under a Federal Drug Law that makes all marijuana illegal and State Laws that allow "legal" medical and recreational use?  This one hour presentation will review the status of the both federal and states' laws that affect this issue, the parameters that an Oregon Landlord has under these laws, and actions landlords may take.  In addition, ORHA forms pertaining to marijuana will be reviewed.
