Managing Your Tenants: This seminar deals with addressing problem tenants and related issues, such as which forms to use, alternative processes, and successfully going through an eviction process. There is usually not just one way to deal with an issue and the goal of this seminar is to give landlords a menu of options that will lead to a successful outcome.
