Speaker:  Violet Wilson

     Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager.  Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools.

     V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.  

     Violet is a past president of Oregon Rental Housing Association, current chair of the ORHA Education Committee, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee.  Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations.  In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents. 

Real Estate Education Credits: 2

This class will keep you on top of the most recent changes in the rental housing law, assisting you as housing provider and property manager to stay legal and out of court! This seminar will cover the essentials of Oregon's Landlord/Tenant law, with an emphasis on what's new. Legislative changes and executive orders have occurred three times in the past year und must be followed to avoid large financial penalties.

There will be time for questions.

Plus includes update on New HB 4401.
