Speaker: Violet Wilson
Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager. Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools.
V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.
Violet is a past president of Oregon Rental Housing Association, current chair of the ORHA Education Committee, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee. Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations. In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.

When you have to tell a tenant it time go, there are legal procedures and processes that must be followed carefully to avoid getting yourself in trouble. Because trouble could result in large fines and failing to achieve the end you wish. This class will cover ORS 90 Landlord/Tenant Law that pertains to lease violations and the eviction process. Changes as a result the moratorium will also be included.
