Did you know the recently passed SB282 Moratorium Transition bill requires landlords to accept "non-tenant guests" even if they were not in the original contract? 

The seminar will review the perimeters of this section of the bill and what rights and limitations housing providers have in screening this individuals. 

Also covered, will be the temporary occupant language in current ORS 90 Landlord/Tenant Law and ORHA form #57:Temporary Occupant Agreement.

Time: Evening Class - 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
