2023 New Laws for Landlords

Presented by Christian Bryant

During this class we will cover the newest Oregon laws for landlords like new rent increase limits, non-payment terminations, serving notices electronically, and a new housing inventory requirements that may allow for incentives for developers. We will go over the details of all the new laws including forms to use and best practices.
