This class will dive into how to manage tenant complaints and rental unit repairs including management of tenant expectations, legal timelines to watch for and how to manage contractors and vendors.

Christian has owned and operated a property management company in the Willamette Valley and Central Oregon since 2008. He serves on the legislative committee for ORHA, is President of the Central Oregon Real Estate Investors Association (www.COR-REIA.com) and has been teaching classes for landlords since 2010. In his free time, he stays active outside with golf, SUP, snowboarding, competitive shooting, overnight hiking, and anything else he can do to make the most of his time with his 12- and 14-year-old sons as well as wife and Red Doberman. He may live in the BIG city of Portland, but Bend has been his second home since 2000.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable for non-attendance, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 1 week before the workshop date. After that date, fees are non-refundable.
