The replay of the Webinar will be available for 30-days – This email will be sent out within a week of the class. To receive CE credits, you must sign in at the beginning, middle, and end of the live webinar. CE Credits cannot be given if you do not attend the live presentation and just watch the webinar. CE Credits will be emailed within a week of the class. 


Instructor: Violet Wilson

Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager. Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools. V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.

Violet is the current chair of the ORHA Education Committee and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee. Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations. In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.

Topics will include:

1. Difference between statutes and regulations.

2. License law and administrative rule changes affecting real estate licensees.

3. Changes brought by recent law changes.

4. Requirements for continuing education, license renewal, and transfer of license.

5. Discrimination regulations.

Register online and watch at your own home or work computer, even your phone. Chat box will allow you to ask questions directly to the instructor and to sign in each hour for the CE requirements. Camera and Microphone will be disabled for all participants.
