Course objectives: By the end of this course, attendees will be able to identify violations of the lease or tenant duties outlined in ORS 90, know how to document the violations, select the correct notice, create a binding plan of action and see it through, develop a process for tenant noncompliance that ensures violations are dealt with equitably, and know when to move forward with termination of tenancy.
