"Security Deposits are a landlord's best friend," said Norton Cabell, a long-time housing provider advocate. This presentation will cover what is allowed in law, best practices, and final accounting for deposits.
Recent law changes have expanded the Landlord Guarantee Program. This program covers landlords who have suffered tenant damages after renting to housing voucher clients. This review will explain the qualifications and process for applying to the program.
Register online and watch at your own home or work computer, even your phone. Chat box will allow you to ask questions directly to the instructor and to sign in each hour for the CE requirements. Camera and Microphone will be disabled for all participants.
