Lease Violations And How To Enforce Them

Given the current moratoriums it is more important now than ever for you to be up to date on how to identify violations and the proper way to enforce them, even by eviction if it comes to that. Join the ROA-SWO as Christian Bryant guides us through what lease violations are and how to enforce them.

This class will be a 3-hour in depth review of all possible lease violations including what to look for, what forms to use, fines you can charge, and how to be allowed to evict if needed

By the end of this course, attendees will be able to identify violations of the lease, know how to document the violations, select the correct notice, create a plan of action and a process for tenant noncompliance that ensures violations are dealt with equitably, and know when to move forward with termination of tenancy.
