SALEM RENTAL HOUSING ASSOCIATION
PRESENTS
DEALING WITH DIFFICULT TENANTS
(and how to remain sane in the process)
We all have dealt with those volatile tenants who get angry or yell or threaten to sue. And there are also tenants who may cry or plead with you to give them another chance when you know they are not able to change. The good news is that there are effective (and legal) ways to deal with these situations. Techniques that will be covered include: management skills, understanding emotions, defusing angry situations, and other coping mechanisms.
