Admission is $99 per person for members if you register and pay by September 20, 2024. After that date, member price is $129. Non-member price is $149.

Instructor: Tia Politi
Tia Politi is a licensed property manager with more than fourteen years of management experience and also manages her own rental properties. Tia serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lane County chapter of the Rental Owners Association. Tia is also the President of the Oregon Rental Housing Association, our state organization. Additionally she owns and runs Rental Housing Support Services, LLC where she answers hotline calls from 5 organizations around the state as well as conducts landlord consultations and helps solve problems. She also teaches classes to other property owners and managers on topics including evictions, the move-in process, tenant issues, and fair housing & advertising.
