Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) 2026–2027

If you are a Licensed Property Manager or Broker, this LARRC is required if you renew your license in 2026 or later.

The replay of the Webinar will be available for 30-days – This email will be sent out within two weeks of the class. To receive CE credits, you must sign in at the beginning, middle, and end of the live webinar. CE Credits cannot be given if you do not attend the live presentation and just watch the webinar. CE Credits will be emailed within two weeks of the class.
Instructor: Violet Wilson
Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager. Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 34 years in California and Oregon schools. V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.
Violet is the current ORHA President, the past ORHA Education Committee Chair, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee. Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations. In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.
About this Course:
- All Oregon real estate licensees must take and complete the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) 2026-2027 within the two years prior to renewing their license
- Course has changed from three to two hours
- Includes: Law Changes in ORS 696 and Rule Changes in OAR 863
Additionally, ORHA will be offering the new Fair Housing Required Course 2026-2027 – Registration is separate, click on the course name to be redirected to that specific registration page.
These courses may be taken separately but both must be completed before renewal of the license.
Register online and watch at your own home or work computer, even your phone. Chat box will allow you to ask questions directly to the instructor and to sign in each hour for the CE requirements. Camera and Microphone will be disabled for all participants.
